- It's important to note that the safari is entirely controlled and managed by the forest department of Gir National Park. The safari season for tourists runs from 15th October to 15th June, with closure from 16th June to 14th October due to the monsoon season. However, the Devalia Safari remains open throughout the year.
- Advance booking for the safari is available through the online process. During online safari booking, you are required to provide the full name and photo ID number of every visitor, as indicated on the ID card. For Indian visitors, acceptable ID proofs include a Passport, Driving license, PAN card, Voter ID, Aadhaar Card, School ID, or any other office ID. Foreign visitors need to provide their passports as photo ID proof.
- You must provide information such as the safari date, time, slot, and vehicle during the booking process. The full fee, covering the park entrance fee, vehicle fee, and guide fee, is required to be paid in advance. Private vehicles are not allowed in the park under any circumstances.
- Visitors are required to report at the boarding place 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure of the safari. After successful payment, you need to wait 24 hours for your Gir safari booking voucher. The voucher will include Safari Driver Details, and you are required to contact the driver at least 1 day before the safari to confirm the pickup point.
- By clicking the "Make payment" button, you agree to the terms and conditions. It's important to acknowledge our liabilities and limitations. Any changes or hikes in permit fees, taxes, fuel cost, or guide charges by the Government of India will be charged as extra.

Making a reservation indicates your agreement to all the terms and conditions, and there will be no cancellation or refund for any safari under any circumstances. No requests for refund or cataloging of safari will be entertained.
